I can take a floorplan with measurements, model it to scale, then build the house around that in 3D, applying whatever materials you want to see it in. If you're planning to put on an addition, resurface the outside, or just want to show your client what their house will look like when it's done, I can provide a fully realistic model, to scale, including vegetation.

I've also had a lot of experience helping contractors and owners visualize changes to buildings they plan to modify for their business. Adding signs or changes to present to the local planning and zoning commissions is a lot more successful when they get a clear idea what you plan to do.
